Diagnosis of Major Neurocognitive Disorder (NCD) due to Alzheimer’s and Vascular Disease (Mixed Dementia).

Diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

CS2 is under legal incapacity and has been since at least June 2019 to date.

Prognosis: Continued decline

UNCHALLENGED
  • On 15 November 2023 Notice of Intention to appeals against judgements made by Justice Campbell of the Supreme Court NSW on 27 October 2023 were filed in the Supreme Court of Appeal. Justice Campbell’s order included;
  • (1) Extending Writ of Levels and CS2’s home and;
  • (2) Permitting the Sherriff access to the 80yo man’s home to take possession and sell it.
  • (3) Cost orders against the 80yo man with Lewer Bodies Dementia, Autism, and other complicated disorders.
  • An email has been sent to the new Chief Judge at Common Law (and Court of Appeal Judge) Justice Ian Harrison asking to simple make and orders to
  • (1) Stay any enforcement until the appeals against the Writs and Sherriff access orders are concluding and;
  • (2) The pending High Court leave to appeals the President of the Court of Appeals orders dismissing the 80yo man’s appeals on 17 November 2023 are finalised.
The NSW Sheriff’s department have removed CS2’s vintage cars and scheduled and auction to sell the cards on 19 January 2023. An email has also been sent to “Roy” from the NSW Sherris Office (Officer 105) and the NSW Sheriffs enforcement departments emails civiloperationsunitsheriff@justice.nsw.gov.au and eoc@justice.nsw.gov.au requesting the auction be withdrawn until the pending appeals and High Court appeal.
