WHAT IS CORRUPT CONDUCT
Corruption Supreme Court NSW or corrupt conduct by NSW judges or judicial officers can be established in many ways. A primary rule of thumb is the failure to be independent and impartial when applying the law. The Judicial Commission of NSW publishes on its website “Public confidence in the impartial and independent administration of justice is a core element of the justice system”. NSW judges or judicial officers who fail to be independent and impartial or engages in actual bias would be in breach of their judicial oath.
